Shipping Policy
At The Artful Etcher Shop, every order is carefully crafted and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Because many of our items are custom-etched and made to order, standard production time is typically 3–7 business days before shipment.
We offer standard shipping on all orders and provide tracking once your package has shipped.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available upon request. Because each item is custom-made, customers must contact us prior to placing an order to confirm production timelines and expedited shipping availability. Expedited shipping fees vary based on order size, destination, and carrier availability.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Custom orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of custom-made-to-order products, we can’t offer a refund or exchange, but if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, reach out to us at support@artfuletchershop.com, and we’ll see what we can do to make things right.
All purchases must be inspected by customer within 7 days of delivery to ensure all items ordered were received. If there is a problem after 7 days, customer must notify of an issue via email support@artfuletchershop.com and we will solve all issues on a case by case basis.
Refunds cannot be offered on orders that were marked delivered by the carrier and later lost or stolen, unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. Send us an email at support@artfuletchershop.com and we’ll do what we can to resolve any issues.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged at no charge to you. If you need to exchange your product(s) for the same item(s), send us an email at support@artfuletchershop.com and we will provide a pre-paid return label and instructions for the exchange.
